best thing about halo is the developers are making the game next gen and not releasing it prematurely.
I guess you want the quality of games to be like Call of duty 3 or something with only a year of developing.

The PS3 is by far the most expensive console with the worst launch in the last generation and this next gen.
buying this will end the debate on whether your a complete nerd or not
it's a lot-lot-lot more considering what it cost to build the PS3(cell, etc).
Also think about it. Their first 10 million units sold will cost them about....3 Billion, not million. And that is only manufacturing costs like Boink said. Not that I think Sony's going under, just that the PS3 is one heck of an investment and risk.
and the answer is folks....downloading the extra DVD content onto the hard drive. Equals no disk swapping. What the PS3 has in effect, but for a different reason
come on MS???...come on you. Don't you remember how long Halo 3's trailer took. It was only .2gb and took me hours because of the VOLUME.

#14 is wrong, the movies that say they are in 720p....ARE IN 720p. Some movies are just in 480i/p. Also it could be his TV, and for the record the differences aren't as big as sony would want you to believe. It's not like your going to be teleported into the movie.
Also to fade to black, the same thing happened with the halo 3 trailer. The system gets clogged and I would advise you try later if you can. I'm in no rush.

it's taking a bit longer to port from the 360 than I thought. Also there's no reason to have Rainbow six out now for the PS3 since there's no console base big enough to worry about.

kornberner, there's no reason or incentive for developers to put in extra stuff or better graphics because the game will still sell the same amount on both systems.
How many people know the size taken on a game disk, that's a very insignificant figure.

and this game wouldn't work with CTF. Now slayer where you respawn multiple times is something I'd like to see.
yah I know, it could be Nintendo's savior. But in the long run I don't think the Wii is a long term console. It's not designed to satisfy more than a couple years.
I don't care about the price because I'm not going to buy one. I'm sure others can have a lot of fun with the Wii just not with me. The only thing I liked about the Wii was the super nintendo games you could get online, but than I found out you have to pay 6 bucks a game.....no worth it sadly.
can somebody please tell me why this game will be any better than it's predecessor. If all you have is the graphics in regards to the CGI trailer and a Sony exec. saying the game looks bonkers.
